The organisers will close this year’s Leeds Lithuanian Sports Festival with a basketball celebration at Leeds Beckett University’s Basketball Arena 2. The celebration will run from 14:00 to 16:00.

3x3 basketball tournament

Adult men and women (18+) and children from the age of 8 are invited to take part in the tournament. Players can register in teams of 3 to 4 or individually: the organisers promise to help those without a team to form one on the day.

Activities for children, families and supporters

The celebration is not only for basketball players. Everyone from the age of two can take part in relays, dribbling, accuracy and shooting events, where both children and adults can test themselves. The festival will end with a three-point contest.

Places are limited, and it will not be possible to take part without registering: both adults and children must register.

The project is partly funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Lithuania.
